In this role, your primary focus is to support Dr. Aimee, our solo practitioner, in ensuring flawless execution of our clinic schedule, administrative duties, facilities maintenance, and ensuring our patients feel at ease.

What You’ll Do
Patient Care
- Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Room patients and obtain vitals.
- Assist Dr. Aimee, our Physician Assistants, and Nurses during procedures and appointments.
- Communicate lab and procedure results with patients.
- Address patient inquiries, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Administrative Duties
- Ensure Dr. Aimee has everything she needs to be fully prepared for patient appointments.
- Promptly respond and follow through on Dr. Aimee’s requests via our real-time chat channel.
- Efficiently manage office opening and closing procedures according to our checklist.
- Screen incoming calls, take messages, and direct callers appropriately.
- Document all interactions with patients in EMR chart logs.
- Assist with organizing files, documents, and images in Google Shared Drive.
- Skillfully handle appointment scheduling and rescheduling as required.
- Assist with ordering lab tests, blood work, procedures and following up with results.
- Process orders and referrals to external facilities or doctors.
- Prepare for routine Quest and Fedex pick-ups and shipments.
Facilities
- Ensure the constant readiness of exam rooms and diagnostic equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and supply maintenance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the waiting room and back office.
What You Bring
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant and experience with an EMR system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you communicate clearly and warmly.

The Details
- You’ll work 35+ hours a week during our operating hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends as needed. Our office hours are from Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4pm, and Sat-Sun from 8am-11am.
- This is an in-office position at our San Ramon location (94583), so a reliable commute is a must.
- Compensation ranges from $22 – $27 per hour, with opportunities for advancement.
- Paid health, dental, and vision insurance, sick time, PTO, and a 401(k).
Not Mandatory, But a Plus
- Experience working in the fertility field and/or women’s health
- BLS Certification
